End Of An Era As Foyle And Samuel Hand Over At Foyles

Christopher Foyle, Chairman of Foyles, has announced that he and Vice Chairman, Bill Samuel, are to step back from their executive roles at Foyles from the beginning of April.

Christopher Foyle will continue as Chairman but in a non-executive capacity. Bill Samuel steps down as Vice Chairman and will become a non-executive Director of the Company. Bob Burnett was appointed a non-executive Director in January to bring "strategic, entrepreneurial, and leadership experience to strengthen the board".
