HMV Boss: Waterstone's Bid Talk Is 'complete Rubbish'

Simon Fox, chief executive of HMV, dismissed talk of a takeover bid for its book chain Waterstone's from its founder as "complete rubbish".

"The company is not for sale and the story has been blown out of all proportion," said Fox.
