Barnes & Noble signs deals to launch Nook Video service for tablets in the UK

In a move that echoes its major rival Amazon, Barnes & Noble has signed deals with major worldwide studios to launch its new Nook Video service for its new Nook HD and Nook HD+ tablets in the UK.
