Amazon Execs Set To Testify In Price-fixing Case Against ApplePosted at 3:30PM Monday 04 Mar 2013 As the federal government presses its anti-trust case against Apple, rival Amazon is taking on a central role in determining whether a court will conclude that the iPad-maker illegally colluded with five publishers to fix the price of ebooks.According to a new court filing, Apple is demanding more access to Amazon's top ebooks executives, Russ Grandinetti and David Naggar, because the executives have said they "will likely testify at trial on the government's behalf."
