Malcolm Gladwell 'Surprised' To Be Bargaining Chip In Amazon-Hachette Fight

In his first interview on the dispute between Amazon and Hachette, Gladwell did not quite say he felt betrayed by Amazon but said he was "surprised and puzzled" by its actions.
