Torstar Receives Shareholder Approval For Sale Of Harlequin

Torstar Corporation announced today that it has received the approval of its Class A shareholders to proceed with the sale of Harlequin Enterprises Limited to 0999531 B.C. Ltd. or another subsidiary of HarperCollins Publishers L.L.C.
