New Director Of Digital Strategy For Pearson

Pearson has appointed Genevieve Shore to a new position as Director of Digital Strategy for Pearson.

Effective Sept. 1, Genevieve will coordinate the company's digital strategy, including a focus on new digital products and services, direct-to-consumer offerings, digital partnerships with other companies and organisations, and new ways to maximise applications of Pearson's digital material.

Genevieve has for the past two years served as Penguin's Group Digital Director, and in her new role will perform a similar role for all of Pearson. Genevieve joined Penguin in 2002, and was previously group sales director for Penguin in the U.K.
