New Author For The Choc Lit Selection Box!

Posted at 11:49AM Monday 06 Jul 2009

Working writer Sue Moorcroft has secured a publishing deal with romantic fiction specialist Choc Lit, where the heroes are as irresistible as chocolate. Choc Lit will publish her new novel, (title to be finalised), in the autumn, ready for the Christmas market.

Lyn Vernham, Choc Lit's Marketing Director, is delighted to have Sue on board. "She's an established name with a wealth of writing experience. Her novel is a riveting contemporary romance with a truly irresistible hero – perfect for our Choc Lit selection box!"

Sue is an accomplished writer of novels and short stories, as well as a creative writing tutor. Her previous novels include Family Matters, Uphill All the Way and A Place to Call Home. She has also contributed to Love Me, Love Me Not, an anthology of short stories celebrating the Romantic Novelists' Association's 50th anniversary. The anthology includes stories by Joanna Trollope and Katie Fforde and is due to be published in the autumn.

Sue says: "I'm very excited about working with Choc Lit and their fresh approach to romantic fiction. This novel features a typical English village, classic cars and a naughty but nice hero – three things very close to my heart!"
