China Publishing Group Plans Shanghai Listing In 2010Posted at 7:51AM Tuesday 09 Mar 2010 China Publishing Group plans to raise as much as 1.8 billion yuan ($264 million) in an initial public offering in Shanghai by the end of this year, said Li Chunlin, assistant to the company's president.The state-owned publisher will form a new company for the listing within the next two months, Li said by telephone today. The group is also establishing a digital publishing Web site, as well as developing e-book readers, according to a statement on its Web site.
